How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed using the selected shipping method, typically within 1-2 business days of your order (depending on the time of day your order is submitted). After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier information. In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends and holidays.

How will you ship my order?

Carefully, because we want your spare parts to arrive in pristine condition!
Most of orders are being shipped and delivered to you via DHL Express and the transit time is around 2 working days. In some countries, DHL works with a local courier to get your parcel to you : France - Chronopost, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania - Posti...so on. If you choose, at checkout, the cheapest method (by DPD), the transit time is around 7-10 days.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, please use this tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your order.

Where do you sell and ship iNeedParts products to?

Currently, we only deliver products to countries within the European Union. We do not sell or ship iNeedParts products outside of Europe at the moment... yet. The good news is, we plan to start delivering to a selection of countries outside of the European Union countries. The question at the moment is, how fast can we make this happen?
So, if you are located outside one of the European Union countries, and you need spare parts from us, products or after-sales returns, you must have an address available that is located in the European Union.
The 27 member countries of the European Union are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. The order from Romania is processed manually, by using the local couriers. We do not ship to overseas and special EU territories such Guadeloupe and the Canary Islands (where the Custom Declaration is required). If you are ordering from the UK, keep in mind that as of January 1, 2021, it is no longer part of the EU, so the orders cannot be processed.

Do you ship to Norway?

We are sorry that this is not the case, due to certain regulatory and fiscal restrictions. We are aware that Norway is a member of the EEA but there are important differences between EEA members and EU Member States. In this particular instance we have been informed that there are various regulatory requirements applicable in Norway, which differ from those applicable in the EU. Moreover, shipments from an EU-country to all non-EU countries (including EEA members such as Norway) are regarded as "exports out of EU" and require different procedures regarding VAT and customs.

I have contacted you regarding the status of my order, why have I not received a reply?

Our iNeedParts technicians are currently experiencing an increased number of order enquiries. If you have contacted us and not received a response, we are sorry that it is taking us longer than usual to get back to you. We are working very hard to reply to every email and message with the right information as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
